Is 2.0.39 tricopter code wrong ?

I downloaded 2.0.39 TRI using the Mission planner, originally I thought the Accelerometers were not working. but now it seems that all accels and gyro's are reversed. From the Wiki the Tri configuration looking from the back is motor 1 front right, motor 2 front left and motor 4 rear. So if you push the nose down you would expect the front motors to speed up and the rear motor to slow down, the OPPOSITE happens, same problem with the roll and the servo for the yaw. This is all confirmed under the radio tab in the flight data and checking the pulse widths with a scope. Is there anyway to reverse all the accels and gyro's, is there something in the CLI l've missed. All the RC controls are correct and did not need reversing.

No. Front motors should slow down and rear speeds up. That is normal behavior on Tri and all others
