Hi there, i'm going to purchase a steadidrone qu4d and since they offer the Spektrum DX5e controller for a relatively good price (65$) I'm wondering if it would be a good deal.
Why would I need more channels on my controller ? And Is the range would increase with another model (they offer the Hitec Aurora 9 for 450 ...

i Just Built my 1st quad and set it up with my DX5e. honestly i thought it would be right but soon regreted it. the 2 position switch just isnt enough fight modes. plus you can setup adjustable dials to tune in mid flight or control cameras and tons more. i am now ordering a turnigy 9X from Hobbyking for only $50
