I'm not aware of a complete out of the box TX replacement package for the PC. Most of the ones I have seen have been built as part of a project using various modules. If you are handy with a bit of programming I would recommend using something like Visual Studio, Two Xbee modules and an SSC. Latency shouldn't be a problem unless your stunt flying.
