I don't know if it's related, but the latest java update today seems to have caused a major problem with Arduino. I had an auto java update today and installed it. Later I started Arduino 1.0_relax and every thing was fine until I compiled a sketch that has libraries. I was compiling ArduPlane 2.4 as I have done many times only now the libraries are not visible anymore, I get the long list of compiler errors that you get if the libraries are missing. Tried everything and the problem is consistent no mater what sketchbook is set up in' preferences' or what version of Arduino is run. Any one else had this happen? I wish I could go back to the previous version of java to see if the update is what caused it. Any help would be appreciated.

Got the latest aurduino 1.01 and the same thing happens. I deleted the preferences file and it just came back the same. I have no clue. It just won't use the library in the sketchbook location. The Java update is the only thing I can think of that changed.
You don't need the relaxpatch version anymore. You should just be able to use the regular Arduino 1.0.1.
