When trying to graph the Accel Z of RAW, I get a single line as shown in the following image:

The reason you see very little is because of that spike in your data.
I seem to get a lot of these and have not yet found the loose connection that is causing it.
Because of this spike the program has reduced the scale of your graph to the point you cannot see the rest of your data.
Just zoom in on the centre line and your data will become visible as a trace.
