Loiter descend

Hi Guys. I've searched the forum but am still a little unsure on how to do this. I would like to descend at a faster rate in loiter. Is it the throttle rate in alt hold tuning? If so do I decrease or increase the number?

The reason for this is I train falcons to fly up to a lure hanging from quad. But when they grab it, it takes much too long to get down and is hard on them.

    Altitude hold is used to control altitude in loiter.

    You can change the rate of climb or descent is controlled by the parameter PILOT_VELZ_MAX.
