Looking for an experienced builder

I do not have enough knowledge or time to build the kind of drone I need.  So I am looking for someone with enough experience in heavy lifting drones or quadcopters that is willing to discuss and build the drone I need.  It will be used to transport supplies and cargo to remote and often areas that are inaccessible by land.  My tools, supplies and cargo weighs in the 150 to 200 pound range.  Of course the longer the range the better. I would really appreciate any help on getting a craft that will accomplish this task.

I haven't even been able to find a company that makes this without costing the price of a Tesla.  

I would like to keep my budget as low as possible.

I would even buy a used drone if that's a possiblilty.

Any help is much appreciated.
