Hi Guys just uploaded the latest code via APM Planner 1.0.66 and cant find the offsets calibration in the setup. When I type compass just says it is on and offsets are 0000, when I test the compass all is fine. So where is the calibration feature or dont I have to wave the quad around anymore, lol.Regards Pete

No need to wave the quad around anymore. It should be taken care of by the magic of automatic offset nulling. Something that Doug Weibel implemented.
You should see that after your first flight the offsets are no longer zero. I can't immediately remember how often it saves them to eeprom but I'm pretty certain that it saves them at regular intervals and/or when you disarm the motors.
