I have connected the APM and have the CLI switch to On. I'm testing the control surface deflections and noticed that they are noticeably delayed compared to flying a plane w/o autopilot. I assume this is normal since the signals have to get processed through the APM first? How does it affect pilots when you guys fly it in the air manually while the APM is on there?

the xbee latency should not be much more then 20ms. no idea what the PC or APM latency is
