Hello. Can anyone tell me if there are any App's available to control Pixhawk based uav such as Iris+ to fly mapping missions? I see Pix4d offer such an app for Solo. But has anyone succeeded with getting hardware and software working with Pixhawk?

To me the Tower is simply an alternative base station to Mission Planner?
I am interested to know if there is an alternative app that can control the Pixhawk for a mapping mission but also trigger the camera and georeference the images ready for post flight processing.
