I'm using the head of the Arducopter release since I require boat support. After an hour of sending guided waypoints to the copter using the  msg_set_position_target_global_int msg where I supplied position (lat, lon, alt) and horizontal velocity information, the copter shot up 4 meters and then came back to eventually. The ground station was not moving the entire time and the altitudes it sent up were smoothly varying based on barometer drift only. I reviewed the log file and noticed that error code 58-38 showed up right before the glitch in the altitude. (I'll upload a screenshot to illustrate.)

Anybody know what would cause the error? I searched the Ardupilot code, but didn't find where that error came from yet.
