In the IMU tab when you compile, change all the Serial. to Serial1. to get the data from the IMU.
I guess we need a version called ArduPilotMega 2.6 or something like that.

Are you using this?

I have that connected to my Mega right now. Battery and air pressure sensor seems to be doing fine. I am using that unit to provide the 3.3v to the GPS (locosys).
Have the http://store.diydrones.com/product_p/br-scp1000d11-01.htm pressure sensor but not quite figured out how to connect it quite yet. Been more worried about my gyro and accelerators.
Thanks,

Sorry the Easy* fly-in got cancelled. The weather turned out not bad at all up here. Just a brief shower on Saturday. Let me know if you reschedule.
There is an ArduPilotMega 1.0.0 firmware in the works, but it will not support ArduIMU. It is written for ArduPilot Mega with the "oil pan" and the only option set I am building in to the initial version will be with/without airspeed sensor and with/without magnetometer.
I had not thought to do it, but it would not be too difficult to downgrade it to use ArduIMU. If the goal is 2 way comms, etc then waiting for ArduPilotMega 1.0.0 firmware may be a better starting point than 2.6.
I assume that you have modified the v2.6 code to work with the ArduMega PPM encoder?

I assume you're still getting just the basic 2.6 functionality, and none of the "newer" features like 2-way comm, etc?
