Hello all, I have had this micro APM flight controller for about 6 months now, it is my first APM flight controller and it has been nothing but trouble for me.
I can fly this multirotor with the APM FC in stabilize mode but it is very hard to keep control.
To start off, I am experiencing a bit of control lag in my throws, It is not much but it is enough to throw me off, I was at first using a standard hook up from my receiver to the APM, but recently I started using PPM from the dragonlink receiver to the APM FC. That switch to PPM seemed to help a little bit with the input lag but I am thinking it is a software / pid issue as it still has about the same amount of lag. A good example of what is going on is " when I tell the craft to move foreword, it will but if I needed it to move backwards well it was moving foreword it will take 2-3 seconds to respond and start moving backwards." I will post my PID'S below so hopefully someone can tell me if I am on the rite track with tuning it.
As I am still semi new to this flight controller I am doing all tests in stabilized mode until I get a bit more familiar with how this FC acts in the sky.
Any advice would be much appreciated
