Migration from ardupilot mega 1 to ardupilot mega 2.5

Hi everyone,

I want migrate from ardupilot mega 1 (ATmega1280) to ardupilot mega 2.5 (ATmega 2560) but I have some doubts. 

I followed this guide to debug the code on the board https://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/JTAG and I need one similar for the apm 2.5.

Does someone know any guide that I can follow?

Do I have to change debugger for APM 2.5?

    Hi, I never tried that (JTAG) but anyway it is the same CPU on both APMs (bar for some memory size differences). Apart from finding the connections, there should be no difference.
