Minim OSD APM2 and MAH used ?

Sorry but I can't seem to find an answer to thisI'm thinking of transferring my APM2 from my quad over to one of my FPV planes and using a Minim OSD but I can't see if it's possible to hook up a battery module to give me the MAH used in the OSD ?I see there's a module for the APM2.5, can this be used on the APM2 ?

You could use the APM 2.5 power module to sense voltage and current. The benefit being you separate the APM regulated voltage supply from your servos. And it's costs about the same as the AttoPilot sensor. Though you would need to create a breakout of the DF13 cable for the measurements. You can solder a servo cable for 5v and GND to the module as it has solder pads for this on board.

Note: if you use the DF13 cable to power the APM you will need to use the two 5v and GND wires to get 2A capacity. Each DF13 wire is rated to 1A max, use two in parallel and you get 2A :-)
