your not following ? Your OSD does not seem to be communicating using the correct protocol!
You must use a firmware that will support mavlink! or configure the OSD to use the proper protocol using OSD screen! most mini quads use RSSI this will not work with pix-haw without an adapter. there was a gui OSD back in the day..LoL
you have set up the Pixhawk side then you must set up the OSD! not all of them come with firmware compatible with Pix-hawk or APM out the box. you can install compatible firmware or manually program the OSD to work with the APM or Pix-hawk. OSD used RSSI or MAVLink Protocol .
