  • You're right next to some tall buildings, they cause GPS reflections and large position errors. A 3D fix doesn't mean it's going to be accurate when you're around tall buildings, it just means you're tracking 4+ strong satellites. You can try going to the open areas in the park next to you, or up on your roof to begin the flight and the position will be accurate. Once you're above the buildings the GPS accuracy should be good, too. You can't trust GPS to land you where this H marker is. You could upgrade to a receiver that tracks GPS+GLONASS and it would be much better, but could still have a position error half the height of those buildings so it's not a good landing spot.
