Mission Planner - Settings show differently in full parameter vs. extended tuning?

I'm sure this is something daft that I'm not doing but having written new params and refreshed the screen in extended tuning, my channel 7 & 8 options aren't showing in the extended tuning screen, please see attached? This is on an APM Mini.. I had to use the full param list to change them.

I've also had trouble changing the PIDs and getting them to 'stick' in the extended tuning screen and have had to use the full param list instead..

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    So now I can't change rate roll P or pitch P at all, tried extended tuning, full param list and basic tuning and despite writing param every time, the new values won't stick and always revert to zero..

    Any ideas?

      So frustrating, I must have spent 2 or 3 hours on this now..

      I'm unable to set any parameters for channel 6, 7 or 8 in extended tuning. I can set them in the full parameter list but nothing shows in the extended tuning screen.

      I also can't set rate/pitch P unless I put massive values in the channel 6 max/min boxes even with channel 6 set to disable..

      I've reloaded 3.2.1 twice, I've tried loading arduplane then arducopter and all to no avail..

        Solved but not sure why but it appears that Mission Planner became corrupted, a fresh install seems to have cured the issue.. Phew..
