After the Huge MOSS 4 X it was time to make a small day to day FPV platform .After flying FPV over the past few months I found that a pusher OR a twin motor set up is the best for FPV rather than a nose mounted Motor .So was born the Idea of MOSS BOX ;DThe Plane is a pusher with following specs :Wing Span : 52 "Length : 36 "Motor : 803M-5T Astro 020 Direct Drive MotorProp : 6 x 4 APCBattery : Desire Power 11.1V 2600 mah 25 CControls : 3 channel rudder/elevatorRc : Assan 2.4 GBox dimension for Equipment : 18" X 4.25" x 4.25"Servos : DY 0206 x 2 noshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-y26VrrFiOkThough I have not tried it as yet with an FPV Set up but the platform seems stable enough to mount FPV gear on .

  • Thanks that was Prototype 2 the rudder is extra sensitive my feeling is that the sides of the Box are acting like vertical stabs which amplify the rudder movement in some way . So I am thinking of reducing the throws OR the Rudder area will try again this week end hopefully

    Hi Venkatesh,
Good work , do some more test , take some videos of test flight, to show both its stability( the flight in U tube wasn't looking stable enough with swings side to side . some dihidral might help) and for showing FPV quality etc and put it here as you get it. Good luck
