Motor and prop size for photo/video hex

Good morning.  New to multi-rotor RC here.  I spent literally the entire weekend reading and coming up with a design for my first build.  I plan to build a Hex, practice and get good at it, then add/modify for photo and video. No sense in loading it up with $1000 worth of gimbals and cameras while I'm crashing it. I've got the planning down for everything except motors and props.  I can't seem to decide what would be best.

Priorities for me are stable hover and stable slow/medium flight followed by flight time.  This will not be used at all for crazy acrobatics, speed, or tricks.  So I need the best motor and proper specs to accomplish that.  I've spent hours on the flight e-calc and all it did was convince me there may not be a right answer.

Total all up weight: 2,600 grams (including avg motor and prop weight)

Frame: Turnigy Talon v1 Hex (625mm)

FC: APM 2.6 with GPS and datalink

ESC: HK Afro 30amp with SimonK

Batteries: Parallel 4s 5000mah

TX: Turnigy 9XR with HK OrangeRX DSMX

RX: HK OrangeRX R910 DSMX 9 channel

So, what say you on motor RPM and prop length/pitch/# blades?
