Motor Testing under CLI

I keep seeing references to people using CLI to test motor and to test the spin of their motors. But when I go into CLI and type Test, I don't see motor as one of the options. I'm I missing something? I'm running code 2.8.1. I had a nasty crash I need to replace all 6 of my motors.

Thank you both. I was getting really frustrated trying to find what I needed. Having it under setup makes perfect sense.
