Motors will not spin

I have just uploaded the 3.1 on my APM 2.5 but I have a problem with the motors they will not spin.

So I have calibrated everything new. Compas, ACC, RC... . When I connect the battery the motors makes the typical beep. Then I armed the FC and I get the massage that the copter is armed and that´s it! No motor will spin.

I have fly the copter bevor without any problem. Any Idea?

    I made a reset and erase of the FC installed the new firmware and it works again.

      Thank you for your replay.

      Yes engine calibration are done. I flew the helicopter with firmware 2.9. I think it is a wrong attitude that I have done and can not remember, and was not a problem under ArduPilot 2.9 but now have with the 3.1 means that the motors do not rotate.
