Motrs not working after build

after soldering all my Afro brand 20A escs to my QAV400 frame and hard soldering the motors to the esc's, doing the esc calibration and everything my motors wont spin after they are armed, 
they make a high pitched noise and try and spin but nothing happens,

i dont think its a motor order wiring issue or anything because i have tried multiple combinations hard soldered from the motor but still the same thing,

any ideas people?

      After/during the esc calibration procedure, the apm passes rc signals straight through to the escs. What happens when you give the motors throttle at that point? Based on sounds you either have a wiring problem or esc timing issue. Did you flash your escs with the latest Simonk firmware? Did you test each esc/motor for proper operation before wiring everything up?
