MP displays outdated Google Sat images.

I know this was briefly discussed a couple of weeks ago July 1,  but it's not working for me.

MP displays an image of my local soccer field that is a couple of years out of date.  Today I looked at the same area in Google Earth and Google Maps.  Both show images that are up to date. (New parking lot, restrooms and such).

Here's the part that's got me scratching my head.   After looking at the Google Earth and Google Maps imagery I went back to the MP imagery.  Now it kinda sorta displays some tiles of up to date imagery of part of the field.  This is dependent on the zoom level.  If the zoom is at 18.5, I get the old imagery.  If I zoom to 19 some of the up to date tiles appear, while other tiles are from a much older sat image.  A mix of both new and old sat images.

Is there a way to tell MP to get the latest imagery?

I am using MP1.2.61

  • I don't know the July 1 discussion, but maybe you should try to delete the following directory : C:\Program Files (x86)\APM Planner\gmapcache.
