We have installed 3 Pixhawks on a symmetrical Quad yielding the same results.
In each case, the aircraft is very slugish with trust and poor recovery in a vertical drop. Looking at the motor output, M1 and M2 are high and M3 and M4 are low to mid output in a level, stedy loiter. Also M1 and M2 run at 110 degrees and M3 and M4 run about 80 degrees,
Changing to an APM 2.6, on the same aircraft, their is no problem. All motors run cool and the outputs are all together. No changes except the autopilot. We have tried everything in the book and also changed all components - motors, ESC's, Batteries, GPS.......
Keep in mind, the exact same physical configuration runs very well with APM.
Has anyone encountered this situation.
Tnx.....FB
I have attached specifications.

Are you using vibration damping on the Pixhawk?
