Hey, remember me and my F550 with the power distribution board that was interfering with the compass?
I now have another frame, the distance between the FC and power distribution is greater now, but I still get tons of interference. Simple mode works alright for the first few seconds, as soon as I establish a stable hover the controls are turned 90 degrees and I have to disengage simple mode. This issue is driving me completely nuts and I've wasted so much time on this now. So how far is far enough? Will raising the FC with nylon standoffs do anything at all? If I do that it is suddenly exposed and any flip could damage it badly. I'm not even sure if the ESC wires are long enough to let me do this. ABNGJSKndfjgd

A picture of your setup would help.
The ESC can give out huge amounts EMI, more than most people realise.
It is still a bad idea to put an Rx next to an ESC in aircraft due to the ESC swamping the Rx.
Considering the sensitive sensors we are relying on to fly our copters for us, the ESC present the biggest challenge.
What do your logs tell you, they are a great help and will allow you to find all sorts of issues easily.
