The recommended set-up so far has been the ArduPilotMega (APM) kit here (though as of may 12th it's out of stock)

Also something to consider is the regional resellers, www.buildyourowndrone.co.uk, www.ArdiDrones.com, store.jdrones.com/, etc, they might have more stock
