I'm just trying to get to grips with Ardupilot and the code and would very much appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
I would like to implement a very simple data logger using Ardupilot, and believe there is memory area I can use onboard.
I don't need to save a lot of information, and would be happy to access it through USB.
Any tips? I'd rather not buy a separate data logger for this if possible.
Many thanks,
Nick

There isn't much memory, (2Kb?) but I only need to log 3 variables (I think!) for the last few seconds of flight so I think it should be enough.
Can't seem to get your link working but thanks again for taking the time to reply. Have checked some reference code and am going to try and bash on with it.
Might well play with Xbee in the (very near?) future!

BTW, most of us just send the data to our desktop via Xbee and log there, sometimes as simply as just copy and pasting it from the serial terminal.
