Same response as in your other post, more detail please! That said I suggest you start by reading the manual here if your are setting up and Ardupilot, and here if you are setting up an Ardupilot Mega. Be aware if you are starting out with Mega, it is a work in progress, and is not yet fully developed into a mature stable platform! Code and support for the Mega are only now just being released and are in the early stages of release, proceed with caution.
