Well I have just set up APM for quadcopter use, but have been having a few issues. I don't seem to be getting any PWM signal out of APM Nor am I getting any transmitter readings in the configurator. The Gyro/accel data is displaying ok, The receiver is working correctly, but APM does not seem to be reading the PWM signals. I have had the board running APM beta code successfully. but have not had much luck with arducopter code. Also the CLI Is not functioning with Arducopter code, getting no response from the serial terminal at all. Have I incorrectly loaded the code? or could be some other simple thing I have missed.

Can you check out your board with the RC test in APM's CLI? Better yet, do the setup/radio process in the CLI and please post your results here. That will indicate if your PPM encorder is working right or needs a firmware upgrade.
