Weird problem - while the plane is on the bench, the hud is constantly moving. I have calibrated gyros multiple times and it still continues. what could be causing this?

This is probably the centrifugal force correction which uses the GPS velocity. It's likely only visible when you're in doors with a not-perfect GPS signal.
