I have a Hexa copter. APM 2.5 board. I can not get #1 motor to spin. I have gone through and switched motors and ESC to narrow it down to no signal. I tried a second APM 2.5 board. samething. Please help

After testing everthing I found that the 3D robotics power board was leaking battery voltage to the signal pin to motor 1. I cut the pin on the board and soldered the wire to pin. Everything is great now.
New info. This is my board from 3d Robotics. Checking with a ohm meter everything seems fine. But when I plug in a battery I have full 12V on top pin for motor one. All other pins read 0V. Is ths a bad board?

Try the motor and ESC directly connected to a radio (with the prop removed!). If it still doesn't work check the signal wire on the ESC. It could be something simple like a cold solder joint. If the wires check out it might be a bad ESC or motor.
