Currently we can only do radio configuration without connecting the Mission Planner with APM. There must be some reason MP prevent us from doing other configuration or at least can view other tab without connecting.
Now I have a problem. My UAV is 500 KM away from me and my team want to do some configuration change. All I can do is instruct my team member to go through difference tab and change the setting all by memory.
Isn't it good to let us have the access to all the tab so we can view all the setting and even do editing without connection ?

the values currently on the plane cannot be loaded, and would create a support nightmare.

It would be great if the parameter pages came up, but with everything greyed-out if not connected.
