For some reason my controller (futaba 7c) switch G is controling the Yaw instead of Radio 5. Below is a picture of my set-up, anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Hi Jason,
You only need channels 1- 4 from the receiver connected to the APM, why have you chosen to use channel 5 for yaw, it should be channel 4.
Yaw is normally controlled by one of the radio joy sticks, not a switch.
In the top left-hand photo you have channel 5 assigned to switch G, which is why switch G is controlling channel 5 and hence the yaw.
