One Motor is Jerky or Twitchy in Flight

Hi All,

I finally got my Hexcopter back into the air this morning.  After weather delays, overheating ESC, problems with 3DR Telemetry, mounting a gimbal and being stuck in NYC for a week (yuk).

The first flight went fine, I flew for about 9 minutes.  I landed fine and switched batteries and when I took off, one motor started acting funny.  The motor would jerk or twitch or give itself a burst of speed.  I landed and ran a calibrate level, reloaded my parameters, reset the battery.  I armed and spun the motors, but did not give enough throttle for lift off and I still got the one motor acting funny.  Anybody have any ideas why this is happening or what might have casued it?

    Charged the battery and went out to my front yard and just spun up the props, same problem, pulsating motors.  I'm afraid of flying.

    Got home tonight and downloaded my logs and it appears that all motors are pulsating.  I've attached 3 logs for review.  Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?  I'm going to try my other battery after it charges.
