Who is responsible for the online store setup, order and shipping process? The process needs some improvements.
1.) Once an order is placed, send NOTIFICATION that the order is HOLD!!!
2.) If an item is backordered, send NOTIFICATION that the item is BACKORDERED!!!
I waited two days for product to show up, and when it did not arrive, I went online to the store to check status. Order show on hold, and backorder. Hmm, what's on backorder? NOTHING on the order is noted on backorder. Strange. Place call to 3DR in Mexico, and get told one item, buzzer, is backordered.
Uhhmm, CANCEL that line item and ship the rest of the order. Then, I am told it will take 1 to 3 business days for the order to ship.
Anybody have a similar or dissimilar experience?
Any possibility that the above noted suggestions will be implemented?
