I have bought several Esc that were supposed to be opto isolated (ZTW 20A, RC Timer 30A) , all without a Bec.
But when I checked with a multimeter the ground supply and the ground signal that goes to the receiver/APM, were in common.
So how can these Esc be opto isolated ?
In my knowledge, an opto isolated device has no electrical connection between the logic/signal side and the power side, or I'm I wrong ?
