PDB Rev_4 and Magnetometer - Getting Started

Greetings. If you can't tolerate total newbie questions, please look away now.Simple issue and nothing in the wiki makes this clear.Connecting ESCs to the PDB:I have Rev D PDB. Now, different diagrams in the wiki tell a different story - sometimes diagrams show the ESC connected to the power out and the 'control out', 3-pin plug, on the SAME side of the board. Sometimes they are connected around the corner from eachother. Which way with this board? And if it's the two-side-on-the-corner version, which output corresponds to the motor arm it will be powering, is it the power output direction or the control output direction? Excuse incorrect terminology, I hope you get my drift.And where do I find good, solid, pictorial instructions about mounting the APM?I see the magnetometer can be soldered onto the APM. Is this the best way to do it?
