I am thinking to use Pentax Optio S1 14mp camera , any body used it before for high resolution images

reason to use it is for remote control function and light weight, any suggestions .

I use a similar Pentax with the Gentle LED trigger and it does work. I have had a few missing images though on occasion.
i have that camera and so far have not had good relults when the motor is on the pictures are blurry im still messing around with camera settings
I have not tried this model before. Most point and shoot cameras of reputable brands give good results. The only difference is the electronics..some process the photos faster than others. Most common flaw is shutter lag. When you press the trigger, it takes a few miliseconds for the shutter to react. Thats not good for aerial shots from a fast moving rc aircraft.
