We recently received our new Pixhawk 2.1, and boy what a bunch of changes they have done to it mainly connectors are different and they click in which is nice. I am trying to get the most current version of PX4 flight stack on it using QGC v3.0.2. I am unable to load any PX4 & APM firmware using QGC. I was able to hook it up to mission planner and get it to flash most current stable version of APM plane on it. Has anyone else had an issue with the new generation of pixhawks and flashing them using QGC?

I finally got it to flash after trying it on a different computer! Looks like the one I was trying it on probably didnt have the proper drivers to get it to flash.

I have one, too. I tried flashing arducopter 3.4.4 but got an error realted to missing gyro sensor.
Nick mentioned that the drivers are not yet properly integrated and the software gurus working on it.
