Afternoon all,

I am trying to run Pixhawk 2.1 on my quadcopter with Sunny sky motor listed here: http://www.buddyrc.com/sunnysky-x3508s-kv700-brushless-motor.html

On the website, it states that if I used APC 12x3.8 propeller, with 4S setup, it is capable of pushing up to 18.7 amps at full throttle.

If all my motors are pushing 18.7 amps x 4 = 74.8 amps, while the power brick specification is continuous 30 amps, what will happen when I apply max throttle? Will it fry the module or will it only measure up till 30 amps and then stop computing amps draw once it exceeds 30 amp?

Please advise. Any input along with alternative is welcome.

Best,

-Ankit
