Few days ago my quadcopter which was running on Pixhawk Lite (AC3.3.2) crashed while it was hovering. I had more than 15 flights with it (AC3.3) without any issue and all of a sudden this happened damaging all the FPV gear and the copter's frame. I'm not an expert in analyzing the logs so could someone help me out in identifying the problem? I am attaching a small video clip which recorded the crash and the dataflash log.
Specs:
FC: Pixhawk Lite with AC3.3.2
Motors: Emax 2213 935KV with DJI 9443 props
ESC: DYS 30A SimonK
Battery: Turnigy 4S 5000mAh
and FPV gear.

Looks like motor 1 failed causing it to tumble to the ground. Logs also show the same.
Thanks for the reply. Is it Motor 1 or 2 which has gone bad? In the logs CH2 PWM went very low and as per Pixhawk wiring diagram CH2 is connected to Motor 2 correct? ( X frame layout).
Correct, the copter started to tip forward and to the right so it increased motor 1 and decreased motor 2 to compensate but that did not work and it started to tumble.
Maybe the prop came lose.
