Pixhawk change mission speed ?

Hi, I have a Pixhawk FMU and i'm using this on my quadcopter. I have a question, when i determine waypoints and start the mission, my quadcopter reponds so fast that i need to slow it down. How can i make my quadcopter move very very slow like 5~15cm/s.

Change speed is used during a mission. I think Levent is wanting to slow down the mission in it's entirety.
WPNAV_SPEED in cm.

  Sorry i forgot to mention that i'm not using apm firmware. I'm using px4 firmware
