Pixhawk cube to X8R connection

Hello,

Please check the attached image.
This is what I found when I was looking for the Pixhawk to X8R Receiver Connection.

Please describe the requirement of this cable against the ordinary telemetry that we connect.

Is this compulsory to be connected?

Where can I get this in India?
