Hello Pilots
I am trying to do Radio calibration for my new pixhawk on Mission Planner and QGroundstation.
I'm getting error message on Mission planner: "Radio Control is no active or turned on"
- Dragon link v2 receiver is connected via CH12 PPM to the RC input on Pixhawk (LEDs are ON)
- Pixhawk connected by a USB cable, Baud rate 115200
- Battery is not connected
- Turnigy 9xr transmitter configurations are per:
http://kiloohm.com/turnigy-9xr-apm-arducopterarduplane-radio-settings/
(at first i tried to set under channel 12 on transmitter with ppm1, ppm2...)
Am i missing anything? is there a switch or other configuration on mission planner side?
Thanks

I forgot to mention that at first i was using the futaba training cable, but i noticed in forums that many reported an issue with the 9XR and Futaba training port (PPMSIM related?), so i have switched to the pins.
Either case, If i connect a servo to the DL receiver on CH 3 for example, its moving the servo
Thank you for your reply.
The jumper from ch2 and 3 should be done also on the pixhawk?
the Dragonlink receiver v2 i have has its PPM on CH12 (older versions on CH 9 at least to what i understood), the 9XR setting should be 8CH as for the max channels to be sent on PPM?
set the 9XR for 8ch PPM. I don't think Dragonlink can do 12ch.
make sure you have a jumper on the apm input across ch2 and ch3, and the ppm input is on ch1.
