Good news! I have the pixhawk in my possession. Bad news! I cannot getthis thing to upload the firmware. At times I can get the USB and/orwireless comm to connect. Mission planner fails to connect at all. APMplanner connects via usb but never really does anything other thanthat. Qgroundstation actually connected and said it uploaded firmware. However, the main light right next to the white arrow on the pixhawknever lights up. There are two other sets of lights. With the whitearrow pointing at me upper left the green and amber lights are liteup. The upper right lights green and amber are lite up and the bluelight just blinks blue. The light that gets connected to the mainboard just blinks red. The buzzer does it music sounds like all is ok.So far not much fun!

Well, I did finally get everything working. Removed and reinstalled the latest Mission Planner. Then removed everything but the blinking light which plugs into the "switch" port off of the Pixhawk. Then connected the Pixhawk via USB to computer. After opening up Mission Planner, made sure the Com Port 15 in device manager was using 115200 baud rate before trying any connections. Then using Mission Planner/initial setup/clicked on arduplane firmware. It downloaded asked me to remove the USB and plug it back in and then it performed the upload to the pixhawk.
I then downloaded the 3drradioconfig.zip file and extracted the files. I then connected the 3dr915mhz via usb to laptop. Then plugged the other wireless with 6pin connector to the "Telem 2" port. I think I had to restart Mission planner again. Then in the upper right hand corner of Mission planner I changed com 15 to 57xxx baud rate to make the wireless connection. I was able to connect via wireless after firmware was loaded. Firmware was only loaded with USB cable.
Give that a try. I had to take a little time away as I was frustrated at first.

Any resolution to this? I have the same issue and am not sure how to fix it.
