Pixhawk/Mission Planner: ESC & Motor Calibration

Hi Guys,

I am currently starting out with my first drone, a hexacopter using pixhawk as the flight unit, Tiger Airgear motors and skywalker quattro 25Ax4 ESC.

6 Tiger Airgear 2213 Motor

2 Quattro 25Ax4 (4 in 1 esc)

We connect 3 motors to one of the esc each.

Right now i am having several issues like:

1) When I reset the pixhawk, 3 motors (in the same esc) will start spinning even when the throttle is at 0%. The other 3 motors on the other hand works perfectly (it will only start spinning when I increase the throttle).

2) When I tried to calibrate the 3 motors only, it does not calibrate well (basically fails to calibrate). When I exit calibration mode and try to run that 3 motors only, it started spinning even when throttle is at 0% and afterwards when I increase the throttle and decrease it again, it somehow disarmed. When I tried to arm it again, the motors only jitter.

3) After going through a few methods from the forum, battery failsafe cuts in and I wasn't able to spin the motors, when I increase the throttle and decrease it again, the pixhawk shows yellow flashing lights and it wont start the motors again.

I've tried several methods from the forum but even though the situation is similar, but it somehow differs in some way.

I hope I can get it solved, Thanks in advance.
