Power cycling APM2.5 returns to default

I have a problem when upgrading to the new 2.9 firmware.


When changing Stab_P to 0 for tuning.
After power cycling the APM it will load the default Stab_P = 4,5.


Have tried reflashed firmware on the APM 2.5, erased EEPROM but nothing.

Any thoughts on this ?

    This picture below shows the values it takes when I have done a "erase" from the cli.

    3692601813?profile=originalAnd when changing stab_p to 0 and pressing "Write Params" and then "Refresh Params" it takes the new values no problem.

    3692601740?profile=originalBut after disconnecting the USB to APM and connecting it again it takes the values from the first picture.
