Chris,One set of instructions states, "If, however, you want to to power both the RC system and the ArduPilot board from the same source, just solder wires from the power pins in an unused servo port on ArduPilot to the BATT + and - holes."Another set states,"Note: the board comes from the factory set up to get power from your RC system."I bought my board two weeks ago. Is any modification required to run the Rx and board off the same battery?Thanks

Sorry that isn't more clear. The second instruction is correct: if you are powering the board from the Rx/ESC no modifications are required. I've edited the post that the first instruction came from to make it clearer and simpler.
