Power module not displaying Current

Hi,

I got a APM 2.6 with the power module, running 3.14 version of a quad. Also got the newest Mission planner.

For some reason I can't get a current reading. It displays the voltage correctly. I just realized this yesterday when I tried to do a compassmot.

I Also want this wokring for I can display it in my OSD.

I have it set up in the initial setup as the power module, and meassure voltage and current. Is there anything I am missing?

I might just to a re-install and see it this helps.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks!

  • Can you confirm that the battery supply is connected through the module (in and out?)

    • Good point! Yes I can confirm that there is a load on it and running 4 cell battery in the other end. I got it connected with my TBS frame with 4 motors running.

I have a spare power module, and I might try the signal cable (first) and the whole module after.

I am leaning towards a HW problem, and not so much software. Would you agree?

      • PROBLEM SOLVED!

Yesterday I accidently figured out the problem. I was installing the power module in a new build when I realized that I had misinterpreted the markings and mounted it the wrong way. It still gives out voltage reading, but not current. I am still shaking my head:)
